Redeemer Ministries:

NurseryChildcare for infants to age 4. Nursery is provided during the Sunday service. Two volunteers are needed at all times. A background and CPS check are required. Leader: Laurie Sitterding

DiscipleShip Cove:  Christian Education Program for children ages Pre-K through 5th grade.  Currently there are two classes: a class for ages post-nursery through 1st grade (Little Cove); and a class for grades 2nd through 5th (Big Cove). Volunteers are needed to teach and to assist in both classes. Redeemer requires two adults in the classroom for security purposes. A background and CPS check are required. Leaders: Betty and Jeremy Domanski

Yeti Youth Group: Redeemer’s youth group for grades 6th through 12th. YETI meets for regular events (see calendar for scheduled events). Leader: Carolyn Weems

Women’s Ministries: The Redeemer Ladies hold periodic Bible studies, brunches, tapas nights, retreats, etc. It is a group of women who love the Lord and seek to grow together while seeking to share God’s grace with the community. Leader: Veronica St. Claire

Men’s Ministries: The Redeemer Men meet every other week for a time of Bible Study. They also have periodic social events and retreats. Leader: Bill Flitter

Discipleship: Through a variety of means, we mentor church members to strengthen their relationship with the Lord and deepen their biblical knowledge. Leader: Barry Durham

Worship Team: A group of talented musicians that provide music for our Sunday service. A variety of talents: guitar, drums, piano, vocals, etc. The team also provides sound set-up for the service. Leaders: Iivo Sitterding (music and vocals) Gary Heisler (sound)

Hospitality: Provides set-up and clean-up of coffee, bagels, and communion. Schedule Coordinator: Ben Hoke

Website/Technology: Manages the website and technology in the church.  Provides set-up and management of technology for services.  Website: Charlynne Bowsher

Congregational Care Ministry: At Redeemer, we recognize that life’s journey contains joys and challenges. The Care Team strives to provide a helping hand and a listening ear. Some examples of care are providing meals, recruiting manpower during a move, supporting families, as needed, when they welcome a child into their lives, or when they experience a death of a loved one. We want to help—just ask.  Leader: Laura Heisler

Outreach/Event Team: Ensures that visitors are appropriately welcomed and provided information about Redeemer. Provides follow-up with new attendees in order to minister to their needs and provide an avenue for them to become involved and to get acquainted with those in the Redeemer family. This team also plans and coordinates church events. 

Missions: Our missions ministry exist to reach those who are distant from God with the life transforming message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Redeemer currently supports missionaries in Japan and Europe, as well as RUF College Ministries.  Redeemer also provides support to local ministries such as People in Need Ministries, Freekind, Crisis Pregnancy Center, and more, as well as international organizations such as The Voice of the Martyr. Mercy and Justice: The Mercy and Justice team seeks to minister to the marginalized, forgotten, and oppressed in the local area. Leaders: Patrick & Anna Robertson
